The Parish Council comprises a Chairman, Vice Chairman and five other members who are elected every four years.  The names, addresses and telephone numbers of Council members are shown on the attached List of Councillors as well as details of our County Councillor and District Councillor.

Parish Council meetings are held on the third Thursday in each month, except where stated otherwise.  They start at 7 pm  and take place in the Village Hall Committee Room.  The provisional Planning meetings only take place should there be urgent planning applications to discuss before the next Full Parish Council Meeting.  Click on the link for the PC Meeting dates 2010.

Before the Parish Council meeting starts, 15 minutes is set aside for the Parish Forum.  During this time, parishioners can ask questions or make statements on any matter concerning the parish.  However, issues already discussed and agreed upon at previous parish council meetings cannot be debated again.

Parishioners are welcome to be present during the actual Parish Council meeting but are not allowed to take part at any time, unless questions are put to them by the Chairman.
